As a result, the violations of our client\u2019s rights were eliminated\u2026<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.<\/strong> Another victory in the Criminal Court of Appeals of the Republic of Armenia. Its importance lies in preventing certain judges of the court from establishing a widespread illegal practice of placing liens on companies\u2019 property. Such announcements aim to halt the development of such practices. This particular decision of the RA Criminal Court of Appeals overturned the illegal ruling issued by Judge Karen Farhoyan of the Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction. This decision came despite the division and the Arabkir Prosecutor\u2019s Office having previously refused to conduct a proper investigation based on our client\u2019s report\u2026<\/p>\n<p><strong>4.<\/strong> The Court deemed the arrest of an individual by the investigator of the RA Investigative Committee\u2019s Kotayk Regional Department to be unlawful.
