However, the USS refused and, as a result, the Administrative Court issued an objective and lawful judgment, obliging the USS to fulfill our demand.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.<\/strong> In the course of operational-investigative measures concerning a foreign investor\u2014an Italian large company\u2014the tax authority carried out external surveillance (OHM-7) and examination of buildings, structures, premises, and vehicles (OHM-10). Based on these measures, it was recorded that the company allegedly engaged in subsoil use without the appropriate permit, and an especially large-scale additional liability was imposed on the company.<br \/>\nThrough our efforts, the violated rights of the Company were restored, and the administrative act issued by the tax authority was declared void.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row triangle_shape=&#8221;no&#8221;][vc_column][vc_column_text]1.
